Hot Bodies DeathGrip Monster Truck Tires Part 1..

For about the last month, I've been dreaming of building a new monster truck from the ground up using one of my old, left over vintage RC cars or trucks, and bashing it into a new car crusher.

While in the process of making plans to build this new monster truck, I started looking at all of the available tire and wheel combinations available today.

Of course, there is always the classic Clod Buster wheels and tires, still one of the overall largest combos available. But, with all of the advancements in tire technology that's come along over the last few years, I wanted something that was a little softer, and stickier than the Clod tires.

One of the standards I set while searching for a set of new tires, was that they had to be very close to something that might exist today on a full-size "sportsman" car crusher. There are literally hundreds of different giant sized tires on the market, and it can get pretty confusing after looking around awhile.

After many trips to the local hobby shop, and much reading and research, I finally opted for a set of the Hot Bodies DeathGrip tires.
